We never ask for money

• We never charge fees, deposits or "processing" costs at any stage of recruitment.
• We never ask for banking passwords, card details or one-time passwords (OTPs).
• We never ask you to buy equipment, training or documents to get a job.

How to recognise a genuine contact

• Our emails come only from addresses ending in @metamatrixsolutions.com.
• Our open roles are listed on our jobs page.
• We always speak with you before any offer is made.
• Not sure a message is really from us? Write to careers@metamatrixsolutions.com before you reply.

If someone asks you to pay

• Do not pay, and do not share banking details, passwords or OTPs.
• Keep the messages and any payment requests as evidence.
• Report it to careers@metamatrixsolutions.com or through our contact page so we can warn others.
• In India you can also report cyber fraud on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
