How to raise a grievance

1. Email the Grievance Officer at the address above, with the subject line "Grievance".
2. Tell us your name and how to reach you, what your grievance is about, and what you would like us to do. Include any reference that helps us find your records, such as the reference number you received (for example APP-2026-000123), the date you sent a form or the job you applied for.
3. Do not send ID documents, health information or other sensitive data unless we ask for them to confirm your identity.

What happens next

• We aim to acknowledge your grievance promptly.
• We look into it and aim to resolve it promptly, and in any case within the time required by law.
• We may ask you for more information, or to confirm your identity before we act on a request about personal data.
• We tell you what we did, or why we could not do what you asked.

If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with how we resolve your grievance, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India once you have used this process and once the relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 are in force. Until then, grievances about personal data are handled under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules on sensitive personal data.
